Project 1.27 Lays the Tracks for Church based Adoption Ministry

The church is the bedrock of the Project 1.27 model. There are churches all over the world able to serve children and youth in every one of their communities. By empowering and equipping the church, we are able to help the church to once again become indispensable to its’ community.

Project 1.27 Church Partners can be involved in a variety of ways, but all agree to the following:

1. The Apostle’s Creed
2. Preach Adoption
3. Have an appointed Adoption Representative
4. Present and advertise Project 1.27′s opportunities from the pulpit
5. Have an Adoption Ministry tab on their web site
6. Host Project 1.27 events like orientations, training and parties
7. Pastors may conduct Spiritual Interviews of prospective adoptive families
8. Consider financially supporting Project 1.27

In return Project 1.27 provides these churches with:

1. Resources of all Project 1.27 partners around the state
2. Contracts and privileges with state and counties of Colorado
3. Professional training
4. Advocacy for families with counties
5. Administrative details

This allows churches to focus on ministering to their families while Project 1.27 does all of the organization and management. In the end adoptions increase dramatically, children and youth are saved and God is glorified.
